The Association of the Bulgarian Leaders and Entrepreneurs (ABLE) is a non-profit organization that strives to bring positive change in Bulgaria. The ABLE community has over 300 members; has created more than 50 startups; has trained 1000+ participants in their projects; and has organized more than 350 events with 18 000+ attendees. ABLE needed a new visual identity to reflect their growth through the years and trusted the Ralev.com team to create their logo, the logos of some of their projects, and well as brand items such as t-shirts, stickers, etc.

Logo Design
This concept features a reference to the letter “A” through a different approach and with an arrow, pointing to the top. Moreover, there is an association with mountains, climbing up, and overcoming obstacles. The stylized number 1 incorporated in the sign reveals a connection with the winner/leader and the purpose of the people in the organization – to be number one in what they do. The logo illustrates the reality and makes it look like an adventure – sometimes this is all it takes to change your perspective.

Able organizes a number of different events aimed at students, young professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs. Through them, the organisation aspires to develop a civil society, inspire leadership, and spread entrepreneural culture in Bulgaria.

Sub-Brands Logos
Developing ABLE’s brand family visual identity, our team kept in mind the consistency of colors and forms. In the logos for their internal projects, the light blue color from the primary ABLE logo remains the same. It is combined with an additional color accent, depending on the project’s nature. Various elements from the parent logo are included.
ABLE Council Leaders is a program intended for Student councils. It provides knowledge to improve their effectiveness and popularity among students. The arrow from the ABLE logo is multiplied and positioned so that it reminds a circular table with people seated equally.
ABLE Activator is intensive training in entrepreneurship for students and young professionals under 35 years of age. We modified the original ABLE logo to represent the innovative nature of this program, by transforming the arrow into a lightning symbol.
